Beschreibung

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to join a cross-functional team developing a next-generation ERP and Accounting platform . In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the development team and acting as the key link between finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the delivery team. You will translate complex accounting, financial, and operational workflows into clear product requirements, a prioritized backlog, and actionable development initiatives. You will work closely with accountants, finance controllers, auditors, developers, QA, UX/UI specialists, and project stakeholders to ensure that delivered solutions meet customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards. This role requires a combination of product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills , as well as the ability to operate effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
