Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps for your business domain, focusing on application simplification and cost optimization.

Evaluate digital initiatives and candidate solutions for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility. Monitor market trends (especially in Cloud and AI) and proactively initiate proof-of-concepts for technologies that deliver clear business value. Guide project teams through architectural decision-making across the entire initiative lifecycle.
