Manager, GTM Engineering (Professional Services) As a Manager, GTM Engineering within the Professional Services arm of ZoomInfo, you will lead a high-performing pod of senior GTM engineering and consulting talent, and own the capacity, quality, and commercial performance of the GTM Engineering professional services sub-discipline. You will set technical delivery standards, drive staffing and hiring strategy, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and practice leadership to ensure that complex enterprise build engagements are scoped, staffed, and delivered successfully. ZI Professional Services partners with ZoomInfo's most strategic enterprise customers to modernize their GTM motions through comprehensive advisory and execution services spanning enterprise GTM strategy, advanced data architecture, account intelligence, demand generation, and operational enablement. As a Manager, GTM Engineering, you ensure that Professional Services delivers technically excellent, commercially sound, and scalable solutions while building a high-performing, growing team.
