Growth Opportunity The initial focus of this role is art leadership for the mobile shooter project . Following a successful collaboration on the project, there may be an opportunity to gradually expand the role and take on part of the company-level art responsibilities, including presales, hiring and evaluation of artists, team development, and supporting the overall art direction and processes across the company .
