Responsibilities
Design, develop, test and maintain web applications, backend services, mobile applications and system integrations. -Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, databases and integrations with internal and external systems. -Deploy and maintain applications across Linux servers and cloud environments, including application hosting, networking and security configurations.
-Manage deployment automation, system monitoring, backups, security updates and disaster recovery procedures. -Provide technical support for production applications, investigate system issues and implement effective solutions. -Maintain technical documentation and continuously improve application performance, security, reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
-Practical experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js and RESTful APIs . -Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, and database query optimisation. -Familiarity with Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx, Git, Docker, CI/CD and cloud hosting environments.
-Ability to troubleshoot application, database, integration and infrastructure issues. -Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a security-conscious approach to work.
