We have cost effective service centers with highly qualified IT professionals in Hong Kong. Our clients include major enterprises and organizations in the Finance, Manufacturing, Public Utility, Retail, healthcare and Government sectors. We are looking for Contract Project Manager – IT Enterprise Architecture (1-year contract) . You will be involving… Lead enterprise integration platform initiatives and application integration projects from planning through production launch. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, changes, procurement and management reporting. Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, migration, cutover, production launch, hypercare and support handover. Apply waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams across applications, infrastructure, cloud, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, operations and offshore delivery. Manage vendors, contracts, project milestones, acceptance criteria, service quality and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with governance processes, architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, audit controls and documentation standards. Support the product vision, roadmap and lifecycle management of the enterprise integration platform.
