Role Overview We're building a Program Management Office (PMO) at Pointr and are looking for a Program Manager Excellence to lead it. This role owns the management, coaching, and performance of our Technical Project Manager (TPM) team, a distributed group based in the US and Turkey, and is responsible for building the standards, tools, and rhythms that let that team deliver consistently excellent outcomes for our global clients. This is a hybrid people-leadership and process role: you'll manage TPMs directly, while also designing the playbooks, KPIs, and governance that turn individual project wins into a repeatable, scalable delivery function. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Delivery, and Engineering leadership to make sure delivery capacity, quality, and client experience scale with the business.
