About the role We are looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to join our team and help develop practical AI solutions for real business and technical challenges. The initial focus of this role will be to contribute to and further develop our existing AI-powered code migration solution, working together with the current team. The solution supports the automated migration of legacy code based on Progress OpenEdge ABL / Progress 4GL and is already functional. The next step is to improve its accuracy, reliability, and ability to handle more complex migration scenarios. Beyond the code migration project, you will also have the opportunity to explore and develop new AI tools and automation solutions based on future business needs. Key responsibilities Contribute to and further develop the existing AI-powered code migration solution together with the current team. Develop and improve AI models, agents, and workflows for code analysis and transformation. Design and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and other LLM-based solutions. Create datasets and test cases to evaluate and improve AI performance. Develop automated validation and testing for AI-generated outputs. Integrate AI solutions with relevant applications, APIs, and development tools. Monitor and continuously improve the quality and reliability of AI solutions.
