This job is posted on behalf of CLT Recruiters Millwork Design & Production Manager Location: Long Island City, NY Compensation Competitive, commensurate with experience Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role Our client is a distinguished luxury residential millwork division with a reputation built on unparalleled craftsmanship, advanced fabrication capabilities, and the delivery of truly custom solutions for high-end homes. Operating out of Long Island City, they combine sophisticated design with hands-on production — CNC fabrication, fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete — all under one roof. They are seeking a Millwork Design & Production Manager: a versatile, technically deep professional who can bridge the gap between design intent and shop floor execution. This is a role for someone who is equally at home generating precise shop drawings and standing next to a CNC machine, and who has the leadership presence to develop a skilled fabrication team. It comes with a genuine growth path for the right person — this division is building toward expanded operations and wants someone who can grow into a senior leadership role as the business scales.
