Job Description Provide day-to-day support and administration for business applications to ensure system availability and optimal performance. Participate in projects to design, develop, test, implement, and roll out new or existing software applications. Resolve application incidents, perform root cause analysis, and communicate solutions effectively to business users. Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for system improvements. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements that improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and manage application changes. Administer and support SAP Business One (SAP B1) , including troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancements. Administer and support the Kissflow platform, including workflow configuration, form development, business process automation, user management, and troubleshooting. Configure, maintain, and continuously improve Kissflow workflows to streamline business processes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and production deployment. Maintain application documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and technical knowledge base. Ensure application availability, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies and security standards.
