This project centers on a Live Event Management Platform & Production Reliability Engineering. The engineering team maintains a high-traffic, live production platform powering virtual and in-person hiring events. Your primary goal is to maintain high system availability, rapidly resolve live event disruptions, and improve job-seeker and employer satisfaction ratings through proactive, full-stack production engineering. 🔍 Key Responsibilities Production Issue Triage & Engineering Support: Diagnose, triage, and resolve complex production incidents and client support requests across interconnected frontend and backend systems, with a focus on real-time hiring event performance.
