Senior Engineer – Saviynt IGA Implementation & Operations (Poznań - hybrid)

The Senior Engineer will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and operating enterprise Saviynt IGA solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in application onboarding, identity governance processes, integration, and operational excellence. Key

Design & Implementation Lead medium-size Saviynt implementation initiatives. Design and configure: Access Request Workflows Certification Campaigns RBAC Models SoD Policies Birthright Access Models Develop reusable technical standards and deployment patterns. Integration Engineering Design integrations with: AD / Azure AD HR Systems Databases Cloud Applications ServiceNow Develop and troubleshoot API, JDBC, and file-based integrations.

Support identity correlation and reconciliation processes. Operations Excellence Resolve L2/L3 issues and perform root cause analysis. Improve operational stability through automation.

Monitor platform performance and capacity. Support audits and compliance activities. Collaboration Partner with Architecture, Security, Application Owners, and Infrastructure teams.

Mentor junior engineers. Participate in design reviews and governance forums.
