Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Software Systems Engineer Lead REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience Ten (10) Years relevant experience with systems engineering and software development. Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools. Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server databases. Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development. Experience with MicroStrategy or Business Intelligence platforms, analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design. Experience implementing modern security solutions (e.g., Blockchain or related cryptographic research) Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications IAT Level I Relevant certificaiton from a nationally recognized technical authority Clearance Secret IT II RESPONSIBILITIES Formulates/defines specifications for complex operating software programming applications or modifies/maintains complex existing applications
