Provide Level 2 (L2) production support for business-critical banking applications, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational requirements. Support applications covering accounting, back-office transactions, payments, risk management and regulatory reporting. Monitor application performance, system availability and infrastructure stability, investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Support application integration, system testing, deployment and release activities, including integration with payment systems and existing enterprise applications. Manage and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and support deployment automation to improve release efficiency and reliability. Develop, maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure automation scripts and configuration management workflows using Terraform and Ansible, where applicable.
Support Docker containers and Kubernetes environments, including deployment, configuration, scaling and troubleshooting. Perform application and infrastructure troubleshooting across Linux/Unix and Windows environments, including Java-based application platforms. Monitor scheduled batch jobs and application workflows using Control-M or other enterprise job scheduling tools.
