Warsaw-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including up to 2 remote days per week. As a Senior Business Analyst , you will be working for our client in the banking and investor services domain, supporting an Operations Change area focused on improving processes, governance, and delivery effectiveness.
You will help shape project plans, manage dependencies and risks, and enable clear decision-making across stakeholders. Your main responsibilities: Create and maintain core delivery artefacts, including project plans, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central issue logs. Identify, document, and manage project dependencies while supporting scope definition with key stakeholders.
Coordinate resources and monitor commitments to ensure timely and reliable execution. Drive change control across the project lifecycle to keep delivery aligned and transparent. Establish communication needs and support the development of clear project communication plans.
Track project costs, analyse variances, and reforecast budgets when required. Define and maintain project risk management plans and monitor mitigation actions. Coordinate with procurement to create, administer, track, and close project contracts.
