Role Purpose Business Analysis / Business Partner Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear documentation (BRD, user stories, As-Is / To-Be process flows, data dictionaries, etc.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges, translate requirements into solutions, and guide delivery with IT teams. Drive Process Optimization: Identify inefficienc
