Beschreibung

Working in our Security Operations Centre supporting cyber security managed services using our own proprietary product - “Network Box” for the SME market. Responsibilities Handle customer's requests and troubleshooting. Perform support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination, and escalation. Perform security logs review, security settings, and apply the security patches to the security equipment. Configuration, monitor and maintenance the Network Box system. Perform security response tasks, eg. threat scanning signatures. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of SOC. Requirements You MUST be a Hong Kong resident and have the right to work here. Degree holder in IT/Computer Science or a related discipline. Experience of TCP/IP and Networking troubleshooting. Knowledge in Cyber Security and Unix/Linux an advantage. Self motivated and able to work independently. Strong sense of responsibility. At least 1 year of experience working in an information security-related capacity is preferred. Shift duty required on a rotating basis 7 days a week. Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken). Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
