Project Manager (IT Software : Banking, Digital platform, Agile) >>> Urgently Location : Bangkok, Rama3, BTS, MRT Type : Contractor Key Responsibilities of a Software Project Manager • Good project management and presentation skills • Can Manage Team , Control Budget & Timeline • Effective communication with all levels of stakeholder • Understanding of business strategy, processes • Proactive and Self-organized • Experience on digital platform will be advantage • Experience on Agile Practice " Project Planning: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Developing project management methodologies and processes. Team Management: Assembling and leading project teams, including software developers, testers, and designers. Assigning tasks and delegating responsibilities. Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members. Managing team conflicts and resolving issues. Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management. Providing regular project updates and status reports. Managing expectations and addressing concerns. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential risks to the project. Developing strategies to mitigate or avoid risks. Creating contingency plans for unexpected challenges. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the software product meets quality standards and adheres to requirements.
