Worker Type Regular Job Description The Test Engineer designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and Test Equipment for production testing of small UAV systems and the PCBA's and sub-system that comprise them. Position

Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. This position requires C# / OOP software development using Visual Studio IDE. Experience in LabVIEW is also required.

Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing, configuring and calibrating product. Develops test plans and strategies Independently drives for results and consistently meets deliverables on projects with aggressive timelines. Work with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.

Provides feedback to product design team to improve testability of design. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors Other duties as assigned Basic
