Must have Skills : Playwright with TypeScript, Good To Have Skills : NeoLoad, Selenium, Java (Capable)Job Description :Roles and Responsibilities:- (major) Design & Develop: Build and maintain robust Playwright E2E test scripts across multiple product renderers.- Release Testing Ownership: Independently analyze release scope, identify testing requirements, and execute comprehensive release validation to ensure production readiness.- CI/CD: Debug, analyze, and fix test failures in Harness CI pipelines and BrowserStack cloud execution environments.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with manual QA, developers, and product teams on test case mapping, coverage analysis, and defect reproduction.- Framework Evolution: Continuously improve and extend our existing automation framework with best practices.- Testing Risk Management: Proactively identify testing risks, escalate blockers, and drive mitigation strategies.- Agile Participation: Actively contribute in Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.Must-Have:- Solid hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end UI automation (locators, auto-waiting, fixtures, reporters, parallel execution).- Strong proficiency in TypeScript with a focus on writing clean, maintainable test code.- Proven experience implementing Page Object Model (POM) with clear separation of concerns (actions, assertions, locators).- Familiarity with YAML / JSON for test data management and environment-specific configuration.- Proven ability to independently
