As a Mid-Level Technology PMO Analyst , you will be working for our client, a global banking organisation whose Chief Technology Office operates, maintains, and transforms the technology infrastructure supporting applications and services, including hosting platforms, data centres, networks, and end-user devices. You will provide PMO support for key transformational programmes, helping ensure effective administration, analysis, financial tracking, workforce planning, and stakeholder reporting. Your main responsibilities: Support procurement processes by raising and tracking spend requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Support resourcing processes, including headcount requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Track programme spend against budgets, including actuals, forecasts, and management reporting. Monitor workforce demand and utilisation across technology programmes. Maintain accurate financial forecasts and headcount plans in PMO tooling. Assist with the preparation of programme reporting and management information. Collaborate with programme management, procurement, finance, workforce management, and technical delivery teams.
