Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over five years of hands-on expertise to architect and deliver advanced solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a key contributor, you will lead the design and development of complex customizations, integrations, and scalable applications that support critical business functions. You will also mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with Salesforce innovations to drive continuous improvement in our client solutions and organizational initiatives. Software Requirements Required Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL Experience architecting scalable solutions with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, and setting up CI/CD pipelines using platforms like Jenkins, Gearset, or Salesforce DX Proven understanding of business requirement analysis, translating into technical specifications Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative customization options Preferred Skills: Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware integration tools Exposure to large enterprise implementations, multi-org environments, and data migration Familiarity with advanced Lightning Web Components development and design patterns Knowledge of development l
