Beschreibung

The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities Planning & Application Delivery: Conduct feasibility studies, IT planning, and cost/time estimation to design, build, and deploy application systems aligned with business requirements. Full SDLC Management & Support: Oversee all development phases—from analysis and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing operational user support. Complex Problem Solving: Apply deep technical expertise to analyze complex issues, assess business/system processes against industry standards, and deliver sound evaluative solutions. System Security & Integrity: Identify, recommend, and implement post-deployment security controls to ensure robust system design and operational integrity. Technical Consultation & Solutions: Partner with clients and cross-functional technology teams to architect advanced programming solutions and support core exposure systems. Process Governance & Standards: Enforce standard operating procedures while contributing to the definition and enhancement of development workflows.
