MUFG Mexico is seeking an experienced and technically strong Director of Applications to lead the strategy, architecture, delivery, and modernization of the Bank’s application landscape. This role is responsible for overseeing the portfolio of applications supporting core banking, payments, transaction banking, lending, financial markets, corporate functions, and regulatory capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy. The Director will define and execute the application roadmap, drive modernization and simplification initiatives, improve application resiliency, and strengthen engineering and architecture standards across the organ
