We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Manager / Metadata Lead to drive the uplift of metadata practices across high-value data assets supporting analytics, automation, and AI initiatives. The successful candidate will lead metadata governance activities, oversee a team of metadata specialists, and ensure data assets are documented, governed, and managed in accordance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of enterprise metadata and data governance initiatives. Implement and maintain metadata standards, including ISO/IEC 11179. Develop metadata catalogues, business glossaries, and data dictionaries. Identify and prioritize high-value data assets for governance and AI readiness. Drive metadata quality, consistency, and standardization across systems. Lead stakeholder engagement with business SMEs, data stewards, analysts, and technical teams.
