Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will lead product strategy, discovery, and design for the US Hospice market, shaping the roadmap and vision and delivering polished, scalable experiences that hold up under complexity and cross-functional dependency.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll bring strong product judgment and a systems-thinking mindset, leading without authority across engineering, design, and business partners. Fluent in AI-assisted tools and workflows, you’ll use them to prototype faster, write sharper specifications, and raise the quality bar for how your team discovers and builds. You’ll also mentor peers, contribute to team-wide standards, and help the organization evolve how it builds product.
