THE WORK: Join Ripple Labs Inc. in London, UK as a Product Operations Analyst — Customer Activations This role is uniquely positioned to transform customer experiences by seamlessly integrating them into our innovative products. You'll be at the forefront of a global financial revolution, working cross-functionally to ensure flawless activations and world-class customer support. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Working cross-functionally with your counterparts in a global business Own and coordinate end-to-end activations across multiple Ripple products, coordinating with Treasury, Compliance, Product Ops, CPS, CPE, and Engineering teams to get the job done. Detect and bring up blockers to ensure smooth progress and resolution. Guide institutional customers through setup steps with clear, professional communications. Investigate and resolve edge case scenarios, ensuring strict adherence to data
