The Operations Director works closely with the Board, functional leads and the Chief of Staff to strengthen organizational alignment, operational effectiveness, and accountability. The role has decision-making authority within approved budgets and policies, while major strategic and governance decisions remain with the Board and General Assembly. Key Responsibilities Organizational Coordination & Execution Coordinate across Engineering, Research, Ecosystem, Communications, DevRel and other functional teams. Translate Board-approved priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines. Track progress, identify execution risks, and resolve cross-functional challenges. Ensure clear ownership, communication, and accountability for organizational initiatives. Operational Management & Decision-making Make operational decisions within approved budgets and delegated authority. Review and approve hiring and resource requests within established budget limits. Work with functional leads to address operational and performance issues. Escalate major organizational changes for Board approval when necessary.
