Beschreibung

Accountabilities - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, security requirements, and long-term platform goals. - Lead the development and continuous improvement of authentication, authorization, account management, account recovery, SSO, and MFA capabilities. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. - Prioritize product initiatives and manage the backlog, balancing security and compliance needs with usability, platform reliability, and delivery timelines. - Establish clear objectives, key results, and performance indicators, including authentication success rates, account recovery completion, and SSO/MFA adoption. - Use analytics, customer insights, hypotheses, and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and continuously optimize identity-related user experiences. - Coordinate with internal product teams to understand their needs, prioritize shared platform capabilities, and promote consistent identity standards across the ecosystem. - Facilitate stakeholder discussions, lead product planning sessions, and communicate technical trade-offs and strategic decisions to technical and non-technical audiences. - Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, support decision-making, and enhance the quality of product discovery and d
