Beschreibung

Accountabilities: - Lead, manage, and develop a multidisciplinary software engineering team responsible for mobile and frontend platform foundations, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth. - Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional platform initiatives, coordinating requirements, dependencies, resources, timelines, and implementation plans. - Provide technical and architectural leadership across React and React Native ecosystems, guiding design decisions and ensuring scalable, reliable, and maintainable platform solutions. - Oversee the development and evolution of foundational platform services, SDKs, and integrations, including push notifications, identity management, localization, and other shared capabilities. - Align frontend and mobile platform requirements with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and core backend systems to ensure consistent integration patterns and reliable application performance. - Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and consumer-facing engineering teams to define technical scope, prioritize roadmaps, establish integration standards, and balance business needs with engineering constraints. - Facilitate architectural discussions, review technical designs and code where appropriate, and guide teams toward sound engineering decisions and effective implementation strategies. - Establish and promote engineering best practices covering automated testing, continuous integration and del
