The Role We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across AEL. Working closely with engineering, project management and support teams, you will develop and implement AI solutions that streamline workflows, improve accuracy and productivity, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain AEL's AI Agent Platform and AI solutions. Source and build AI agents and workflow automations using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. Work with different departments to identify, develop and deploy AI use cases. Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and other business systems. Evaluate AI technologies, vendors and digital solutions to support business transformation. Develop AI governance guidelines, training materials and best practices. Conduct workshops and provide support to promote AI adoption. Track productivity improvements and measure the impact of AI initiatives.
