Job Description: Rogue Fitness is the leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment in the world - barbells, power racks, sleds, and the equipment behind the CrossFit Games, Xenom Decathlon of Fitness, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and more. We build it in-house, at scale, in Columbus, Ohio. We are hiring a Manager, Business Insights to lead the team responsible for how Rogue makes its biggest commercial decisions. You'll own the analytics roadmap across Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, translating business priorities into the team's work and turning that work into recommendations that shape pricing, logistics, inventory, and growth strategy at the leadership level. You'll manage and develop a team of analysts, set the standard for how the function operates, and act as the primary analytics partner to senior stakeholders across the business. This is not a hands-off role. This role requires getting in the weeds with the team to tackle the hardest problems through a data lens. You’ll need fluency in SQL, R/Python, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modelling to dig into complex problems and review the team’s work. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
