Senior HR Reporting & Systems Executive

We’re looking for an HR Systems & Reporting specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in optimizing our HR systems and leveraging HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The specialist will be responsible for HR process optimisation, HRIS management, HR data governance and identifying trends to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness.

About The Job : HRIS Management & Optimization: Serve as the HRIS system administrator focusing on system configuration, maintenance, and overall system health Lead efforts to optimize HRIS modules and functionalities to enhance user experience, automate processes, and ensure data integrity Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system improvements Manage HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with other enterprise tools Data & Reporting: Conduct regular data audits as required and ensure data is maintained as per data regulatory requirements Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across all systems Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using various HRIS tools and business intelligence platforms Perform in-depth data analysis to identify HR trends and translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations for
