The role The Project Coordinator keeps enterprise software implementations on plan: scope, schedule, budget, status, and the coordination between consultants, developers, and clients. It's built for someone who wants to become a project manager and would rather learn on real ERP and Coupa programs than in a classroom. You'll get hands-on with the tools our teams use (Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365) and mentorship toward a project manager role. The ideal candidate has some project coordination behind them, is organized to a fault, communicates clearly, and solves problems before they become escalations.
