We are looking for a quality-focused, detail-oriented Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering solutions that support high-priority business goals and strategic management decisions. The BA will analyze the activities of a specific business unit or line of business within a major financial institution, providing recommendations on projects, governance structures, business processes, and information architecture. The role demands an integrated view of the business – linking motivations, operations, and strategy through repeatable frameworks and industry-standard techniques. A strong command of Agile delivery, specifically SCRUM, is essential, as the BA will operate within cross-functional Scrum teams
