Job Summary We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with Business Development experience to join a leading technology organization. This role will drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across complex digital transformation initiatives. Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering; Must have 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of managing products or portfolios through full lifecycle; At least 3 years of experience in business development, account management, partner management or presales experience in Technology; At least 3 years in customer facing role to resolve business problems through technology solutions; Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams in complex stakeholder environments; Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and execute through delivery; Solid skills in market and user research, metrics definition (KPIs/OKRs), and data-driven decision-making; Familiarity with business process digitalization, data-driven products, or customer-facing platforms; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset; Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments; Experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and enterprise technology projects; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior levels.
