Data-Driven Strategy Using data analytics to understand player behaviors, preferences, and trends, informing product strategy; Defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs to assess game performance and find improvement areas; Designing and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize features, mechanics, and monetization; Conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and benchmark performance.
