About the role Gartner is seeking a full-time SugarCRM Developer to join our Sales Service and Corporate Engineering team. In this role, you will design and develop customized solutions within SugarCRM, taking responsibility for SugarCRM development, API customization, and debugging to introduce new features and maintain the existing codebase. What you will do Analyze requirements and propose one or more solutions using SugarCRM best practices. Execute hands-on solution design, proof-of-concepts, development, and testing to support implementation activities. Design, develop, and customize SugarCRM solutions in line with business needs. Manage critical customer cases and ensure thorough case documentation. Collaborate with a cross-functional SCRUM team to maintain and enhance the SugarCRM application. Research and identify opportunities to apply SugarCRM best practices and guidelines to improve system scalability, productivity, and monitoring.
