Beschreibung

Position Summary The Senior Systems Engineer is a senior hands-on individual contributor responsible for administering, troubleshooting, and improving the reliability and security of enterprise IT systems. The role supports Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, endpoints, and network infrastructure, and serves as a technical escalation resource for complex issues across these environments. Working with IT, Security, application teams, and external providers, this role delivers system improvements, automates repeatable work, and supports incident response and compliance activities. The position has no direct reports or people-management responsibilities and does not own incident command or service desk management. Key Responsibilities Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive; resolve complex availability, configuration, access, and service integration issues. Maintain Entra ID identities, groups, enterprise applications, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and Conditional Access in accordance with approved security and access standards. Administer Intune device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint updates; troubleshoot deployment failures and maintain secure endpoint configurations. Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender protections in partnership with Security; investigate endpoint alerts and carry out approved containment, remediation, and vuln
