Senior AI Solution Developer Go to Market - CRM Workflows (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big: End-to-end AI solution development: Design, prototype, deploy and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows throughout their lifecycle. Hands-on implementation: Build and configure prompts, AI agents, workflows and tool integrations using technologies such as Python, enterprise AI platforms and low-code automation tools such as n8n. System integration: Design and implement integrations using APIs, MCPs and webhooks.

Define clear interface requirements for CRM and platform teams, including technologies such as OData, REST APIs and Microsoft Dataverse Web API. Business and user alignment: Translate business requirements, user feedback and process needs into practical AI solutions while ensuring secure and responsible handling of CRM data. Product ownership: Co-own the product lifecycle after rollout, including backlog prioritization, release coordination and continuous improvement.

Value creation: Identify opportunities to scale successful AI solutions and contribute to measurable improvements in CRM processes across multiple geographies.
