Job Description – Platform Engineer Job Title: Platform Engineer Employment Type: Contractual 3 to 5 month Experienced Required: 5 to 10 years Work Location: KSA Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the installation, configuration, integration, and operationalization of an on-premises modern data platform. The role will focus on infrastructure setup, platform administration, security integration, environment management, and platform reliability across Development, QA, and Production environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying enterprise data platforms in highly secured environments, with strong troubleshooting, operational support, and infrastructure management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and administer data platform components in an on-premises environment. Deploy and manage MinIO Object Storage and Apache Iceberg -based data lakehouse architecture. Install, configure, and optimize Starburst and/or Dremio platforms for data virtualization and querying. Deploy, administer, and support Apache Spark clusters and processing services. Install, configure, and manage Informatica components and ensure seamless integration with the platform ecosystem. Configure and maintain Development, QA, and Production environments. Integrate platform components with enterprise security services, including: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) Active Directory / LDAP Single
