We are seeking a Software Engineer to independently build and maintain intelligent automation solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the healthcare industry, with a specialization in computer vision-driven RPA. In this mid-level role, you will own discrete features and automation modules end-to-end, applying strong Python skills with a heavy emphasis on OpenCV, image-based desktop automation (e.g., PyAutoGUI), and OCR workflows. You will also build and maintain browser-based automations using Selenium when the target system requires it. You will work with growing autonomy, collaborate across teams, and begin to share your technical knowledge with less experienced engineers. What You Will Do: Computer Vision Automation: Design, implement, and maintain OpenCV-driven automations for RCM workflows that depend on image recognition, template matching, document understanding, and visual element detection.
