Overview We are seeking a dedicated Operational Change and Implementation Specialist to support the rollout of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system within the ESB division. This role is critical to ensure a smooth transition on the shop floor, from training and adoption to post-launch process adherence. The position is designed as a 12-month engagement, with a focus on operational readiness, change management, and workflow optimization.
