As we scale our platform, we are seeking a Senior UX Designer who possesses exceptional design skills, a creative mind, and a deep understanding of the digital user experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating user-centred designs that are innovative, intuitive, and enhance our product's usability. Responsibilities : Leadership: Collaborate and engage in a leadership role within a team of UI/UX designers, driving the creation of intuitive, top-quality designs from conception to final delivery. Collaboration : Partner closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to align product design with our strategic objectives, user needs, and technological feasibility. Design Development : Produce comprehensive design deliverables including wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user interaction.
