Design, build and maintain backend services in Python (Flask) that power the TimeKeeper platform Develop and improve APIs, data models and Postgres queries, with a focus on reliability and performance Shape features based on customer and team feedback, and deliver them alongside the web and mobile teams Write automated tests, investigate issues and fix bugs Review pull requests and share knowledge with the wider team Contribute to infrastructure and deployment work across AWS, Terraform and Redis Prioritise and manage multiple tasks, d
