About You You are an AI Engineer with real production experience building on Anthropic’s Claude tools, and you enjoy turning that expertise into something other engineers can actually use. You will join our Claude Readiness Program as the certified specialist who works alongside a client’s engineering teams while they adopt the Claude apps, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and the Claude API. You communicate clearly in writing, you are dependable on turnaround, and you are comfortable being the person engineers at very different levels come to with their hardest questions. Note: This position is offered under a 2-month contractor framework, with the possibility of extension. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. Proven hands-on experience building real production systems with the Claude API and Claude Code , beyond demos or proofs of concept. Solid working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent patterns , including tools and subagents. Ability to read and debug production-style code in at least one enterprise stack such as Java on the backend or React on the frontend . Hands-on experience with at least one model cloud, either Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI .
