The team enables the effective consumption and operationalization of investment platforms and business capabilities by providing operational support, process guidance, incident coordination, stakeholder enablement, and operational readiness services. Reporting to the Director, Business Operations Servicing and Enablement, the role acts as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, helping ensure that operational processes, support models, and business capabilities are effectively implemented, supported, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.
