This role involves hands-on contributions across various stages of the radio system integration lifecycle, working closely with senior engineers.
Your responsibilities will include: 1. RF Testing & Performance Verification: Execute and analyze RF performance characterization tests for new and existing products (e.g., receiver sensitivity, transmitter power, EVM, linearity). Perform system bring-up, initial debugging, and optimization of radio designs.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex RF issues, including desensitization, spurious emissions, and basic EMI, using RF test equipment (Spectrum analyzer, VNA , Load Pull and callbox). Characterize key RF components (e.g., RFICs, FEMs) to ensure performance meets specifications. Develop and define new test procedures or Product Functional Specification (PFS) items to characterize the RF system performance.
2. Test Automation & Tool Development: Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline RF testing and data analysis. Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and support continuous integ
