Accountabilities:
- You will take ownership of end-to-end application development while applying modern engineering practices and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity, reliability, and software quality. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain end-to-end frontend and backend features for enterprise web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js and, where applicable, React Native.
- Develop APIs, backend services, and integrations using Java with Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
- Implement and maintain integrations with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests, targeting a minimum of 80% code coverage.
- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD), Clean Code principles, and code review practices to ensure maintainable, reliable software.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to generate, improve, and refactor frontend components and backend services.
- Configure and use AI agents to support development workflows and accelerate software delivery.
- Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, correctness, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers, QA specialists, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and delivery processes.
