Position Summary... The WMC Systems Administrator plays a key role in maintaining the reliability, usability, and governance of Salesforce and internal platforms that support Walmart Connect’s sales and operational team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce and other internal business platforms. The System Administrator will manage day-to-day system configuration, user access, data quality, reporting, issue resolution, documentation, and support platform enhancements across Walmart Connect’s Salesforce ecosystem including integrations with ad serving platforms, project management applications, data warehouse and reporting platforms, knowledge management applications, and other managed packaged applications. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, Product, Finance, and technology partners, this role will translate business needs into practical system solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enable scalable growth. What you'll do... Administer and maintain Salesforce and internal platforms, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, access requests, and routine system configuration in accordance with governance and security standards.
